        During heavy call volume, customers reporting losses may have the option to choose to utilize Virtual Hold Technology. This technology offers customers an opportunity to electronically schedule a convenient time to be called back to report their loss rather than wait online. We suggest that you encourage your customers to use this technology to their benefit.

Additionally, many of our customer have policies with our IVANTAGE EXPANDED MARKET PROGRAM for property policies with companies such as but not limited to Tower Group Companies, Castlepoint Insurance Company c/o Tower Risk Management, Occidental Fire & Casualty, TriState Consumber Direct,  American Modern Insurance Group, Cabrillo and Delos Insurance Company, and the New York Property Insurance Underwriters Association.
